Curriculum and Unit Credit system
15 hours of class lecture (includes estimated 30 hours of student prep/ integration) = 1 credit
100 hours of work/ practice/ ritual = 1 credit
100 hours of formal meditation = 1 credit
45-60 hours of independent study = 1 credit
Capstone project or integration paper = 3 credits
Candidates must earn a minimum of 72 credits across 16 core areas of study.
